You would need to obtain your 10-digit serial number that is located on your unit. You would then be able to verify the warranty coverage in the Amana PTAC app. Can we add a warranty lookup tool for PTAC to the  Amana PTAC site to link to.
How do I obtain warranty/repair service on for my HVAC Unit?

You can register your unit at the product registration

Registration requires the following information:

  • Name, address, telephone number, and email
  • Installation date
  • Product model and serial numbers
