The Eden Antenna mounts inside the Amana
® Eden PTAC, hidden from sight.It is powered through the PTAC and requires no batteries.
The antenna is required to connect the radio frequency (RF) wireless devices to the Amana Eden PTAC.
The antenna communicates to the Amana Eden suite of devices via an encrypted 2.4 Ghz signal using the 802.15.4 standard.
Some Amana Eden PTACs may require software upgrades to the latest version of Eden controller software to allow RF wireless devices to be linked to the antenna.
